IRIS is our highly versatile behaviour and rewards monitoring system. Easy to use, its simple and intuitive menu structure enables pupils to keep track of their own behavioural record.
Pupils who make positive behaviour choices are rewarded with IRIS Reward Points.
Pupils who make poor behaviour choices will have the details logged as an IRIS Incident.
Pupils can log on to their own IRIS accounts and see how many rewards and/or incidents they have been given. They can then spend their reward points in a number of ways:

Examples of positive behaviour choices being rewarded may include good behaviour, excellent effort, good classwork or homework, attendance and punctuality. Pupils can also collect reward points for following the FRED ICE Olympic values: friendship, respect, excellence, determination, inspiration, courage and equality.
Examples of incidents that may be recorded include minor disruption of lesson, serious deterioration in behaviour or attitude, repeated lack of homework, and prohibited use of a phone or MP3 player.
Mr Liptrot is the whole school IRIS Administrator. If pupils are having difficulties accessing IRIS, or need a reminder of their login details, they can speak to Mr Liptrot in the first instance. Parents/carers who have any questions can contact us here
